Early Checkout Policy

If you have booked a homestay room with us for more than one month and decide to checkout early you must provide us with a 30 day written notice that you will be checking out early along with the date and time you will be checking out. Your 30 day written notice must be given on the first day of the month or on the same date as your check in date.

If you checked in on June 1st 2011 and booked your room for three months or more. If you wish to check out before the end of the Homestay Booking date. You would need to provide us with a written 30 day notice no later than July 1st. If you checked in on June 12th. you would need to provide a 30 day written notice no later than July 12th to check out early.

If you did not provide a proper 30 day written notice you are obligated to pay for the next months Homestay Fee minus the food cost. Or forfeit your Security Deposit.

If you have only Booked for one month (31 days) and decided to checkout early please give us written notice of the date and time you will be checking out. Please note that you will not receive a refund of your homestay fees paid. Your Damage/Security Deposit will be refunded less any damages or room cleaning we need to do.

Should you checkout of the homestay and leave a room full of empty boxes or garbage, clothing or shoes you decided you no longer want you will be charged for any garbage removal and cleanup at a rate of $35.00 per hour. This amount will be deducted from your room damage/security deposit.
